Talk with us

Contact us for an initial consultation over the phone or in person. We always prefer to meet and greet you before providing services.

Plan together

We take the time to understand your needs, goals and preferences, and create a person-centred care plan with you and your family.

Care begins

Our team provides your agreed supports at home. You can talk to us about your care plan at any time, and we’ll adjust it as your needs change.

How this service is funded

Available through Support at Home, with our partner Trilogy Care, or privately. Your assessment and budget determine what Support at Home can fund. Whether you pay a contribution depends on the type of service and your income and assets.

Questions about personal care

Can I tell you how I like things done?

Yes. Our approach is person-centred, which means your care plan is tailored to your needs, goals and preferences, including how and when you like your routine to happen. You can talk to us about your care plan at any time.

Personal care is one of the services available under the Australian Government’s Support at Home program. From 1 October 2026, you don’t pay a contribution for personal care services approved in your support plan. Your assessment and budget determine what you can receive. Private clients are also welcome. Learn more about Support at Home.

Yes. Many people combine personal care with other supports, such as meal preparation, household tasks or medication reminders. We’ll talk through what suits you when we build your care plan.
