Meal Preparation

Nourishing meals, prepared in your kitchen, the way you like them.

Good food is about more than nutrition. It’s comfort, culture and routine. We help plan, shop for and prepare meals in your own kitchen, following your tastes and any dietary needs in your care plan.

FAQs

Questions about meal preparation

Can you cook the food I'm used to?

We embrace the cultural diversity of everyone we support. Tell us about the dishes you enjoy and how you like them prepared, and we’ll include your preferences in your care plan.

Tell us about it. If your GP, dietitian or other health professional has recommended a particular diet, let us know and we’ll talk with you about how we can include it in your care plan.
