Questions about nursing services

What nursing services do you offer?

Nursing care is a clinical support under Support at Home. The Australian Government fully funds clinical supports within your Support at Home budget, so participants do not pay a contribution for them. What you can receive depends on your assessment and approved services. Private clients are also welcome. Learn more about Support at Home.

Yes. We provide in-home palliative care for people who wish to remain at home. We’ll talk with you and your family about your wishes and the support you need. If a doctor or nurse practitioner assesses that a person is likely to have three months or less to live, they may be eligible for extra short-term funding through the Support at Home End-of-Life Pathway. Your GP or My Aged Care can explain how to apply.
