Contact us for an initial consultation over the phone or in person. We always prefer to meet and greet you before providing services.

We take the time to understand your needs, goals and preferences, and create a person-centred care plan with you and your family.

Our team provides your agreed supports at home. You can talk to us about your care plan at any time, and we’ll adjust it as your needs change.

How this service is funded

Available through Support at Home, with our partner Trilogy Care, or privately. Your assessment and budget determine what Support at Home can fund. Whether you pay a contribution depends on the type of service and your income and assets.

What kinds of outings can you help with?

Outings are shaped around your interests. They might include a walk, a café visit, shopping, a community group, or a cultural or faith event. We’ll talk with you about what you enjoy.

Yes. If you’d like to get out and about, companionship can be combined with transport so you have support from door to door.

Social support and community engagement is one of the services available under Support at Home, depending on your assessment and approved services. Services like this may attract a participant contribution, depending on your income and assets. Private clients are also welcome. Learn more about Support at Home.
